Starting to do better, not as obsessed with food. Keeping low carb, adding more vegetables, doing toning exercises.
On steroids and antibiotics and still down a pound.

I've decided to continue with low carbs, not quite Atkins. Eating some fruit, berries, apples; Eating vegetables still salads, etc.
And, I'm adding exercise.

I just left all groups. I see people proudly losing weight and I'm glad for them but it doesn't happen for me. I've been low carb for over a year and only lost 16 pounds. The last 6 of those 16, I keep losing and regaining.
Maybe I'll try eating just some veggies and berries, I miss not having any fruit. I was upset because I had a banana with my granddaughter the other day. People have given me advise and I appreciate it but it's not because I'm not trying. I make my own flaxseed crackers, MIM's, cauliflower pizza. Even when I eat out with my family, I get steak and eggs because of hidden carbs.
I think that I think way too much about food and what I can have and what I cannot have. it is consuming my life and not getting me anywhere.

Keeping my fat at 80% or above seems to be working. Little by little, but it is helping me keep goal orientated.
