Tomato wedges put me over 10 carbs today. I have to watch the carb creep but I really do miss veggies.

Third day of fat fast coming to an end. Did well with keeping my fat up. Great during the day. A little hungry at night. Going to keep trying one day at a time.
Still having a difficult time keeping to 1000 calories, hovering between 1000 and 1200.

Was staying low carb until the ounces started creeping up on me with my carbs staying near or below 20. I started getting the "just one" mentality and cravings. Starting fat fast tomorrow to get myself under control.

Still losing very slowly but losing just the same. Today I made things in preparation for our picnic tomorrow. I did well with the garlic parmigian wings, even the meatballs.
I made a sugar free dessert for my husband (diabetic). Tried to make it as low carb as possible, substituting wasa fiber crisps for the nilla wafer crust, even eliminated the apples and crushed almonds for the top, mixed with cinnamon. - still 11 carbs per serving. Not bad.
The only problem was licking the spoon! - went over in carbs today up to 24. Today is the 11th day of actual induction.
