Went way over RDI's today. Need to get focused. It seems if I write after I eat, I get crazy. Still can't trust instincts on eating properly! UGH!

Been on an fruit and veggie kick. Apples in particular. Starting to regain, need to do low carb again. It's really a shame when fruit and vegetables make you gain weight even keeping under my RDI's.
It never did before I started Atkins. Will my body readjust like when I started Atkins or will I just continue to gain when I eat fruit and veggies?????

Even with my carbs higher because of vegetables, I'm still bouncing between the last 2 pounds.
I'm feeling better though and need to take measurements again. I have been weight training, at least 3 to 4 times a week. When I don't I'm usually doing something vigerous like walking or spring cleaning.
The MIM's and flaxseed have made me regular again, yahoo!
If I continue to gain, I will add more fat into my diet. I am going to aim for 1200 calories or less per day.

Did yard sale today. Up at 5:00, set up by 6:30, beat up all day for a quarter, break down and put away by 2:00.
Didn't do too bad in selling, but I ate peanut brittle. OMG 100 carbs. See what happens when you think you know what's in something.
Oh well, tomorrows another day.
