Was up to 235.5 pounds. Just started low carb, low fat last week. Lost 4 pounds without recording what I am eating. I hope it keeps going. Last time I lost 10 pounds in two weeks and that was it. Nothing for 6 months but now I'm doing low fat with the low carb = hope it helps.

I've decided to mix a few dietsd together.
Higher protein, lower carbs
Watch fats - keep them minimal
Eat 3 smaller meals with a snack in between.
Eat something every 2.5 to 3 hours
This is a cross between Atkins, weight watchers and food lovers diets.

did really good for my first day on weight watchers. Tomorrow I have a charity Beef and Beer. I really don't drink beer but I'm afraid I will over eat and I do like mixed drinks.
Maybe I'll check ahead of time for calories. I STILL CAN NOT GET THE POINTS SYSTEM TO WORK. I EVEN TRIED THROUGH FOXFIRE ON MY WORK COMPUTER. STILL NOTHING ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET IT TO WORK.

Today I started on Weight Watchers Food. I'm finally on my way. I can't figure out how to record points on my diet calendar. Any suggestions. I tried putting in my RDI, with just calories, fat and carbs. Cannot activate WW points.

I keep starting and stopping and gaining weight. I need to attend a weight watcher meeting to keep me on track
