I feel good about starting the New Year 13 lbs. below my goal weight. My New Years promise to myself is to maintain my weight and to encourage others in their weight loss journey any way I can. Be proud of any progress you make and don't beat yourself up if you back slide. Get back on your food plan quickly and repeat all the things that work for you. Wishing happiness and good health to all in 2015!

So unhappy with my weight gain...there is no one to blame but myself. Went wild on the Apple pie and candy coated nuts. My eating was out of control and way over the top...will begin today with the food journal and intake as if this is my first day on Atkins. Hope all is well with you wonderful people and a very Happy Healthy New Year is my wish for you all!
