What a relief this weigh in was...I was expecting a totally different results. My sweet tooth is alive, well and out of control! I need to rid myself of that monster for good. Today is a good day to begin that task. Stay true all...

Slow as we go, but steady and sure. I get on those scales everyday so as not to have any surprises and to stay well within my comfort weight range. I had a set back this past week, but am in recovery mode. Have a great day all...be happy!
