With regards the MFS app, I notice in the "Reports" tab it returns a daily calorie breakdown for food consumed. However, it starts from a Monday to Sunday. Ideally I was hoping there might be a setting to change it to a Sunday to Saturday, but I don't think there is one, is there?

I normally have an official weigh-in every Saturday, but since today is the end of the month I thought I'd have an extra one! And happily enough I reached 170 pounds (12st 2), which although not my main target (165), is a number I wanted to reach in time for July.
Just another 5 pounds to go...........

Indulged in a rather splendid bacon & egg sarnie in a petite pain, with a splash of brown sauce.
I wanted wholemeal pains, but had to make do with white. Only about 700 calories, and very filling

Having lost almost 3st since the new year, as well as doing my more physical exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, gardening and diy; I really want to tone up on my abs, especially around my belly, which is where a lot of my weight-loss has been.
As a consequence I am a little flabby down there, and was considering resorting to some tone-up exercises on the NHS website covering stomach crunches, squats, plank, and other old-school exercises.
But have also been on Amazon and had a look at some of those resistance bands, that seem a bit more interesting/challenging.
I am not looking for a 6-pack stomach, just something that will get rid of the excess flab from my weight loss.
Any recommendations?
