It's not only great it is very good for you, ant that should be our motivator; to take good care of ourselves! I add 1/2 tsp of salt.

I make a single serving muffin version of this with FF yogurt instead of olive oil and I add a small spoon of canned pumpkin for moisture plus some cinnamon and nutmeg for flavor and it is wonderful! I'm definitely going to try this version.

I added some cinnamon and a handful of chocolate chips and it was as good as cake or brownies!

I love it, husband hates it as it 'tastes green'. I kinda know what he means and it does get a little slimey where it sits on the plate unless I am doing something wrong. I will make again for me though.

This was pretty good, as long as you put some cream cheese on it. I guess I was expecting a little more "bready" texture... but it was ok. My 1 year old enjoyed it too, though she only had a few bites.

I wasn't crazy about this. we threw most of it away. It kind of reminded me of malt-o-meal flavor. I like malt-o-meal, but not in a bread texture.

I love this recipe! I am a nut fanatic. This morning I broke up some pieces in a bowl with a cut up banana and it was so good!
