I can't figure it out. I'm supposed drink the hot lemon water, cranberry water to start my day. Which i have. I've stayed under the 95% rdi daily challenge. But, I gained 1.5 pounds. I also ate from the fat flush cook book menu. No potatoes for several months now. No rice. Only Sarah Lee honey wheat bread but not too often. Roasted veggies. So what gives? Any suggestions?

Holy cow! I ate way over my limit today. Bk whopper meal, 2 homemade quesadillas. Oh well. I will do better from now on. I don't eat like that very often. But it sure was good.
