I had an awesome workout today. Distance wise it was my shortest at 2.61, but this time I ran 1 mile without stopping and the rest I ran 4 light poles and walked 2. I have to keep this up.....this is the first time I've really pushed myself like should.

I feel like every waken second my thoughts are of losing weight...what I'm going to eat today? What exercise should I do? What am I going to look like when I reach 200 lbs? Maybe that's how it has to be to lose weight? :/

For the rest of Nov (and I'm sure I'll continue, its just easier to focus a month at a time) I'm going to record my food/exercise. I'm so on and off with keeping track of calories. And when I do keep track I'm always shocked at how quick they add up. Yesterday I thought I had done well with watching my calorie intake, but after recording it all actually went over 1600. I'd really like to stay between 1200-1300. I suppose until I start getting a better idea of what I can/can't eat and it becomes a habit I really will have to stick to counting calories :P

I baked a whole batch of cookies with the intention of eating them...so glad I put them in the fridge and left for an hour. I ended up giving them to the kids. My craving is over, and I'm so happy I didn't touch them.
