Ninth week
Good training, not that good for weight loss though. I made about 35 Km in two 10K runs, a 10K treadmill nordic walking session and a jogging. I also had 2 tennis games. The calorie expenditure due to sport activity was about 5600 KCal.
Yet the scale wasn't giving me good results. My weight loss is stagnating. It could be the water management or something else. My calorie intake is still not exceeding 900 KCal per day in average while deficit is about 2300. The carb intake slightly increased from less than 20g to about 30 in average. Maybe this is the problem. Or it could be the intensive sport activity building up muscles? I do not know the answer...
I'll continue anyway. I am not disappointed at all. My running index become 51 and my VO2Max 46.

Eighth week done
Yet again a week with major water retaining problems alternating dehydration. This can be blamed on my exercises followed each by 30' sauna. However all in all, I am pleased with my achievement. This week I'll have 3 runs on Mon, Wed and Friday. I also have scheduled 2 tennis games. If I have some steam left I'll do a fat burning run on Saturday. This should be a long lasting 2h run on very low HR: 130-140. That way calories burned are mostly using fat. The fat burning "mode" in a session starts after 30'.
I have to mention my failed experiment to start eating nuts. I had an appetite for nuts, apple and lemon. I considered the nuts and the lemon less harmful for the Atkins. Well, I was wrong. My carbs jumped over the limit before I realized. My personal opinion is to stay away of the nuts in the ignition phase. Lemon though, I still plan to eat. The carb content is rather low and I have to please myself with something...

Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Seventh week over
One of my best weeks in this dieting so far. I managed to control the water intake without accumulating. I also had three high intensity exercise sessions: two tennis and a treadmill followed by 30-40' sauna each. The weight loss for this past week was 2 Kg. That is good.
I also had my 40th year health-check done this week. The overall cholesterol and the bad cholesterol levels a bit over the healthy range. Therefore I decided to have a Benecol yogurt cure included in my diet. That should fix my cholesterol levels.
My blood pressure was also just a bit high, but that'll be also fine as soon as I start to have regular runs starting after next week. I have scheduled a re-check before Christmas, by that time I hope I'll be in normal ranges, maybe also the BMI.
I am confident my next visit on the scale the coming Monday I'll be 90 Kg.

Sixth week over
It felt OK. My weight loss forecast was correct about the 1 Kg/week. Next week I should improve that. My water retaining problem persists. I'll probably look for some homeopathic diuretic herb.
I had a first test run on Friday. My physical condition is bad, really bad: 10 Km in 65', and I felt strained. Well, probably I'll have another test run this week and see what happens. I'll start normal runs of 3 x 10 Km / week after two more weeks. By the time I'll be below 90 Kg.

Fifth week over
My physical strength loss is noticeable. Playing tennis felt as an effort. I had water retaining issues as well. All in all I feel good.
I am sometimes hungry, but my appetite is limited when I remember my food choices.
Still positive about the success in spite of a tougher week. My weight loss forecast for the next week is at most one Kg.
My plan is to start running when I reach 90 Kg. It seems the realistic time target for that would be around the second week of November. My hope with that is to boost my metabolism with an additional -3000 KCal per week.
On the nicer side of the story I have to mention that I started to fit in my old cloths.
