Fourth week done
I felt OK, a bit tired maybe. I played two hours tennis on two different days. I was at my physical limits.
Still not feel any hunger. I followed strictly the Atkins eating rules. I realized my Ketostix were expired, so I bought new ones. They turn dark purple almost instantly.
Now the weight loss pace is in correlation with my calorie debt. In average I have -2400 KCal per day, which is about -16800 KCal per week. That translates to about 1.6 Kg weight loss per week.

Third week over.
I felt a bit weak, and dehydrated. I also had a feverless flu. All things considered I am still positive and have confidence in the success. More important I think this way of dieting is sustainable.
My weightloss pace is a bit faster than I calculated before, it is just over 2Kgs/week instead of 1 Kg/5 days. This of course does not bother me at all.

Two weeks complete now.
This second week's weight loss should not be only water anymore. I am feeling good. Interestingly I do not need to have evening meals after 6 pm. I do not feel hungry. I am very positive about being on the right track. The ketosis measured with the keto-sticks indicate moderate level. Based on the negative kcal averages I logged, my calculus indicates that I should lose about 1 Kg per 5 days. I guess that is still in the limits of healthy dieting and is also sustainable.
