Weight Workout for yesterday
Bench Press: 145x10, 155x8, 175x6, 180x4, 185x3
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 55x6
Modified pec deck: 3 sets of 100
Pushups: 20 regular + 20 tricep
Full dips: 30
Precor exercise Machine: 27 minutes on interval setting @ 14/20 Difficulty.
Workout felt good, started if pretty slow and then the good ol supplements kicked in and gave me the extra boost to finish up. Felt no negative effects from transitioning my diet (except for gas, I looked and I have 50g of fiber yesterday lol)
Weight before bed: 172.2 Weight this morning: 167.8
I did the math wrong on what my calorie intake should be.. My goal is going to be .5 lbs lost a week, so I am going to have to figure out the math and come up with my low cal/normal cal/and spike day calories. Tomorrow is spike day and I am pumped!

Food Intake and times:
Myofusion shake w/4oz skim milk @ 7:15 am
Snickers marathon bar @ 9:30
Snickers Marathon bar @ 1:15
Marie Callendar roasted turkey @ 4:45
Total Calories-- 950
Total Calories before 4:45pm-- 600

I kept my net carbs right around @ 40until 4:45 which is pretty good for me, protein intake solid. Not sure if the Diet Dr. Pepper has adverse effects or not.. I will consult Russell on that topic. Was REALLY hungry around 2pm, tomorrow will be better.. Was not equipped w/the food I needed to make this day go smoothly. However, I toughed it out. The rest of the evening will consist of the other 1500 calories I need to scarf down. Big protein shake before bed and protein/carbs after my workout at 7. Gonna tear this chest up!
Feelings about diet: Will let you know tomorrow :) I will find a better template of recording this stuff, right now I just want to go pick up my daughter, hit the park, and then hit the gym. PEACE!
