Misalnya pas bangun tidur kalian nimbang BB kalian beratnya X kg. Setelah sorean sehabis workout nimbang lagi, BB jadi X-0,3 kg (300gr). Itu penyebabnya apa, ya?

Nasi 105g, bening bayam 108g, ikan nila kuah kuning 162g, sambal rebus 13g. Putih telur kukus gak ikut kefoto. Estimasi kalori sekitar 360-ankal. no minyak no santan. Happy lunch!
