Getting consistent with the yoga now and doing at least 15 to 30 minutes daily. Can feel myself getting stronger which is encouraging me to continue with the 31 day challenge. It's good as it's mixing up different yoga styles each day and there's extra workouts to try too each day which is good. Slowly getting more cardio in too, ranging grom 15 to 30 minute walks or youtube workouts which is also good. Diet was terrible today as couldn't stop eating but there's always tomorrow to try again and to eat more mindfully. Hoping it hasn't sabotaged the week!

Exercise good and have managed at least 15 minutes of yoga daily so far. However diet poor but not as bad as last month so really I'm lucky to have lost at all!

I did almost an hour of yin yoga tonight. Not sure it did much to burn calories but was great for my mental health. Did a 30 minute walk also today so feeling positive

So my summary of the year in relation to my weight loss goals. I'm 32 lb lighter than this time last year which I'm really proud of 😊 I started well, then dipped but picked it up again around September with real focus but December I completely lost it and have put on around 10 lb in total 😞 I always do this to myself but at least I'm still finishing in a huge deficit this time. Goals for 2023 are to take up running and do more yoga. I've signed up to a 28 day yoga challenge to kick start the year and will look for a 10k race to sign up to for the running to keep me motivated. I've never run that far before but have always wanted to so hoping this is the year! I'm still planning to continue to my weight loss goals and one day might even get the blue line 😂
