Last week I met my exercise target. I must admit, I was exhausted by Thursday but I pushed through and made it to Friday. I know that my plan is good for my health. What I did not expect is feeling that it's a lot. On paper the plan looks good. In practice, is more than I bargained for. Im hoping I will get used to it in time and that it will be part of my daily routine. I honestly did not think it would feel like so much. It just goes to show me how inactive I have been. I am looking forward to this coming week. I've had a nice relaxed weekend. This week I'll be adding the fasting portion of my health journey. This past week I also weighed myself daily. I actually like that. It takes the pressure/fear of the scale away. I'll be continuing with that.

I'm officially completely overwhelmed and totally confused. I've been watching a lot of videos on YouTube on health weight loss. There are so many opposing views on the topic. And all of them make sense. I suppose there is no one size fits all. I feel like I don't know anymore what to do. I know that with time things will fall into place. I just need to start and be consistent with something.

I saw a post online that said that the road to success is hard, is monotonous, is boring. I want to add lonely. You have to show up day in and day out. you have to show up despite your feelings or hard days. you have to show up and just do it.

I have to give myself permission to take things slowly. I have to give myself permission to figure things out over time. I don't have to have all my ducks in a row from the get go. Progress and refinement comes with time as you consistently put your plan into practice.
