Hunger is normal. Being hungry is completely ok. There is nothing wrong with being hungry. I should expect to get hungry. What I do about hunger on a consistent, long term basis is what will determine if I improve my health.

Goals for this week. No exercise as it is the week before I relax my hair.
1) Drink 2l water everyday,
2) Eat 3 meals and no snacks on eating days
3) Fast 3*36 hours

Hunger is normal. What you eat and when you eat are your choices. What you consistently choose accrues over time. Choose consciously and choose wisely.

I've noticed that when I've not adhered to my plan as well as I'd like to, I tend to want up over compensate and one of the ways I do this is by changing my plan. I must remind myself to stay the course, trust the process and get back on track. What's done is done. I'm better of focusing on my next step.

I am at peace with my body and fat loss. I have made peace that I will have to be patient for some time, that fat loss is a long and slow journey. For me it's a health journey rather than a fat loss journey. This is not to say one is necessarily better than the other. I'm simply being clear to myself about my priorities and focus. This is also not to say that a fat loss journey is not healthy. The reason I am on a health journey has to do with me having some health concerns I HAVE to address and cannot afford to ignore. Fat loss is one of the factors that will improve/reverse these health conditions. There are other factors I need in place as part of my journey. Having said that I now give myself permission to dress the body I have right now and to no longer wait for when I am slimmer. I no longer want to wait to be comfortable in my clothes nor look cute. I will buy clothes that fit me. I will not buy clothes that I use to hide behind. I will buy what fits me and what makes me happy and looks good on me. No more hiding.
