I wss dead tired last night once I got home, and I didn't walk before curling :( I did curl for 2 hours, but I didn't get nearly as much cardio as I wish i would have...

I can definitely tell that I ate too much this past weekend...I had my shake for bfast, then I had a couple Cheez-Its and 4 oz of orange juice when I donated blood...and about an hour later I had my shake for lunch, but I was still STARVING after my shake...I waited over an hour to see if I'd fill up, but I didn't at all...My stomach was growling and everything...so I went to the cafeteria and had a vegetarian taco...Small flour tortilla with a lot of lettuce and tomatoes, jalapenos, a TINY bit of cheese, salsa and maybe a tablespoon (if that) of sour cream...I put the sour cream on the side and tried it without first, but it didn't have enough flavor, so I did put some sour cream on in the end...I didn't quite finish the taco either...and now I feel pleasantly fully...

Tonight, no curling so I'll definitely do 60 minutes on the treadmill...and tomorrow I'm curling for 4 hours, so no treadmill then...

I'm not weighing myself today *LOL* After my mom's birthday dinner on Saturday, I had gained a little...but I figured it would come off in a day or two, if I ate well...but that didn't happen...I had a bison burger yesterday...and that was all the solid food I was gonna eat, but Kyle ended up coming over, so we got baked chips and I made us each another bison burger at night...I was reasonable with the burger, but I had FAR too many chips :( I had like 1378 calories for the day, when I'm used to being on an 800 calorie diet...Now I woke up still feeling bloated and distusting...

It's funny writing that, 'cause it sounds like so few calories, but when my body is used to so little, splurging like that really has made me feel bad...

I have to remember this feeling so I don't do it again...

So today before curling I'll walk for 40 minutes or so, then go curl for 2 hours...

I'm super annoyed today...My friend was in the area for business...He supposedly wanted to meet up for dinner while he was here...At the last minute on Tuesday he had to cancel 'cause he found out he had a business dinner, that's understandable...So the plan was to meet up for lunch on his way out of town, since he'll be right by my work...and now, at the last minute, he said his boss is insisting on going to Macy's to shop before they leave the States, since things are so much cheaper here than in Toronto...I pointed out that there is a Macy's right on their way, right by my work, and there's really good restaurants all around the mall that Macy's is at, including the seafood restaurant Kyle works at where we can get 50% off...and he basically ignored my msg...He didn't address anything I said about that, and simply replied to the part where I said "if that doesn't work out, I'll see you at the end of May"...

There are very few things that REALLY piss me off...but ppl stringing me along and wasting my time by simply not being honest is pretty much #1 on the list...He's super into looking good and being fashiony, so my guess is that he also wants to go to Macy's so he can buy some clothes, but he just wouldn't say that...Don't blame someone else for something YOU are choosing to do...So fucking annoyed...
