*Whoo-Hoo*...Goal #1` met!!!...I'm beneath 250...Now, to set a new goal of what I want to weigh before Heidi gets here/DEMF...I think I'll go with 225...
Heading out to meet my parents for breakfast now...Gonna get an egg white omlette with tomatoes, onion and mushroom and a side of cottage cheese :)
I already walked 30 minutes, but then my parents finished early, so I had to stop for now...I'll do another 30-40 when I get back :)

OK...so after a few days of eating poorly, with my mom's birthday and bison burgers on Sunday with Kyle, and me not weighing in...Then another two days of poor exercise (I barely sweated at curling on Monday and yesterday I had a terrible headache, left work early and didn't walk), I lost all the weight from the weekend plus some...I can't remember if I was 251.6 or 251.2...so I split the difference and put my weight in as 251.4...Great news!!!...So to reach my goal AT THE DRs OFFICE (wearing pants, shirt, socks and undies), I have to lose 3.4 more...and I have two weeks to do it :) No problem!!!...
I'm curling for 4 hours tonight...Hopefully I'll have to sweep a lot so I can get some good cardio out of that :) Chuck and I are going to dinner before curling...and I already have picked out what I'm having:
Mediterranean Salad (their version of fatoosh) - Diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, diced red onion and fresh herbs on a bed of Romaine lettuce with housemade lemon vinegarette. Garnished with pita chips. And I'm gonna add chicken to it, for protein since I'm curling for 4 hours immediately after...
I may get the Athena Salad, which is the same, but with blue cheese, which I'd get on the side...I'll also get the pita on the side and use them sparingly :)
