Solitary walk this morning with Ipod which I really enjoyed. Waited until daylight to walk but today the temp is good. Didn't sleep well due to having to make a decision on vacation. Due to go to Cancun the end of the month..the guestion will be...to what?

Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch - Cauliflower/apple (left JC at home)
More Oreos
Dinner - Red beans/rice/pork chop
I got to get more greens/vegetables in my diet!
