Late walk yesterday evening and then up at 4:30 am to rush to the gym for 1 hour of cross-training.
Breakfast - Shredded wheat/banana

Weight is fluctuating every morning a pound or so. I know what's coming and will just have to work through it. I have to remember that I have lost 22lbs since June and that's pretty good. Now, the issue is just not to get discouraged!
I was so committed this morning. 1 hour walk followed by Oatmeal for breakfast. 30 minutes Crosstrainer and 15 minutes Abs class. Then:
My coworker brought me GENUINE MILK CHOCOLATE FROM SWITZERLAND. The fresh made in the candy store type. Gosh, I would have gotten down on my knees and begged for it if required. Summary! I had chocolate and green beans for lunch!

I think "Yummy" and "Desert Queen" need to reconsider stripping classes. I told the hubby, not to be so quick for the pole in the bedroom. "Desert Queen" is joining my abs class to try to get greater core strength. I just need more cardio or something because "Yummy" is pudgy!
Yesterday and today 1.5 and 2.0 hours of walking! Don't think I'm going to make my goal of 160 by vacation day!
