Good result even though I topped out at 68g of carb yesterday. Maybe 1 day in 7 the body needs a few more carbs, eh?

OK! Yesterday was a good day with barely 30 g carbs. Craving wine and sugar and pasta at the end of a stressful week but instead I rearranged my furniture and made my own ginger ale with my Soda stream machine: 750 ml water, 1 packet of stevia instead of sugar and a teaspoon of ginger powder,
Also got 9 hours of sleep, that's a breakthrough for me. One tiny Melatonin tablet before bed works wonders! Good Day and Good night!

slowly moving toward the goal...8 days no alcohol or fast foods, no soda pop, lots of water and tea and coffee, intermittent fasting/2 meals per day. Trying to go to bed earlier for 9 hour sleep, apparently lots of sleep helps weightloss. We'll see.

Baby steps...carbs yestterday way too high at 60+ g, going for under 30g. today.
