Okay, I'm sure it is just the diuretic effects of Induction, but I have been craving salt like crazy. Seems I can't get enough. As part of the solution, I am enjoying having boullion twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It helps.
I've also discovered that for those of us with GERD, drinking plenty of water daily helps prevent the burn. As a matter of fact, I have just about given up my antacids completely. Still hanging on to a few Tums, but they are a good source of calcium.
