Crutches are also an ab workout. Or maybe it's all the shifting around to keep my foot elevated between sets of shifting around to get vertical enough to eat or drink that's the ab workout? Either way, my abs are sore like never before. My foot is a little less swollen, too, I think. I venture upstairs shortly...maybe it's my crawl up there that's the an workout?

Broke my foot. I definitely won't be making my step goals but I am getting an upper body workout with the stupid crutches 💪
It's easier to not snack when I'm relying on others to bring the snacks.
Someday, when I can actually stand on the scale again, I'll find out if a broken foot is a solid diet plan.
I'm eating lots of cottage cheese and yogurt. Calcium has got to be good for my foot bone.
