It's not coming off fast, but it is still coming off! And, last night on at the gym I ran for an entire lap without stopping. No pain in my legs, and I can feel my lungs getting stronger and being able to go longer! In fact, I can feel all of me getting stronger and being able to do more for longer periods of time. I am doing this!

I have a new goal to motivate me: My driver's license expires on my birthday this year and I am within reach of weighing LESS than my license says!!!! I am definitely looking forward to a new photo for my license 'cause my current photo is about 30 pounds heavier than I am now and it really shows. Ohh the joy to be able to change the weight on my license and have it be a true number, not a guesstimate, or an outright lie! LOL
I worked out 6 days this week. I ROCK!!! I am doing good and feeling good!
