I think 172.5 is my new set-point...how to break through this??
Some say increase activity but I'm already managing the gardens at my church, lifting, digging, climbing slopes and stretching. My calories are lower than the 1200 I set for myself but I'm often not hungry after working. I drink 60-90 ozs of water a day...am I missing something??
Any advice folks for you who are there or been there?

walking has helped with tiny movements on the scale so even though it is overcast today it is NOT raining so I will go for a walk down to the ocean and get a breath of fresh air.

going for a long walk in blue skies and sunshine to sit by the ocean for awhile...my mental health needs a break from worrying about my physical health.
