still stuck at 175 but today I walked 4 hours around botanical gardens in the fresh air so hope there will be a budge downward by tomorrow. Carbs over 30g today, comes from eating out instead of making my own meal :-(

this morning weight up slightly, ate at daughter's home on Saturday night, very healthy with salmon and asparagus but I also ate a cup of roasted potatoes with garlic salt. Today we went out to a favourite coffee bistro and shared a sandwich so I ate bread which I've been avoiding. Now drinking lots of water with apple cider vinegar to flush the excess carbs. See you tomorrow for the next Daily challenge

the support from everyone have been very motivational, thank you everyone. carbs up to 43g today!!! that's from dining at other people's houses. watching myself really carefully tonight.

out of town for two days with others cooking for me, which could be a temptation to eat things not on my plan. I have not had bread or wine for 5 days which is having a positive effect.
