Carbs still a problem...two more days of birthday celebration to go this week, then back to being 'on track'.
Funny, I have a weight loss goal but give myself permission to exceed the mini challenges when it suits me.
I'm going to re-read the definition of integrity again. This isn't it.
What's at stake??? My health in general or the quality of my health in my 'golden' years?? Hmm???

My Birthday week! Dinner with friends and family 3 events, one more on Tuesday, so this has been a bad week to restart the challenge!! Not even recording properly. I don't want to make excuses, I broke my word to myself to be in integrity with my eating and drinking this week...

Re-starting the Daily Accountability challenge next Monday Oct 11.
Thanksgiving Day in Canada in Oct. 11th ! And I joined a seminar on Integrity - Being my word (to myself).
My intention is to be in integrity about the mini-steps in this challenge until I arrive at 'normalized' weight.
I'm thinking at 5'2'' that is around 130 lbs.
I have a goal, I have a plan, just like all the great folks at FS.
