Today was a busy busy busy day... I went for a run this morning at 9 hoping it would be still cool till 10 when I finished my run but it became soooo hot... but I still ran my hour... then I went to work... came home went to the pool for an hour swam 25 laps then back to work and now i rest.... didnt eat too healthy but i guess not too much
1 slim fast shake for breakfast
1 croissant for snack before 1st shift of work
1 croissant and 2 crepes with light jam after the pool
and and ice cap and 2 tims after work...
and lots of liquids... tomorrow im at the water park all day so I'll get lots of exercise....

Okay... so I have managed to keep my weight a little steadier lately... I was thinking of something that I may put to the test... since with slim fast it tells you to take the shakes in the morning why and then a dinner.... why not have a bigger breakfast... and then a shake for lunch and dinner... that way I'll have more calories in the morning that I can burn off during the day instead of more calories at night when I wont even exercise... what do you guys think should I try this out???

Well today seems to be going good...I have decided that I was gonna sort of follow slim fast diet and as well just really watch what I eat... and how much I eat.. I find it soo hard that as soon as I feel a little lighter I want to go on the scale and see... but I have to keep myself off the scale if I want this to work... since if I feel lighter and go on the scale and I am the same I'll be super disapointed... so I have made myself a deal I am not allowed to enter the downstairs washroom only once a week... gonna have to climb those stairs to use the upstairs one... Anyhow... I have to go to work... this is really good for me... KEEPS MY MIND OFF FOOD... even though I'm a pizza cook hehehe.,..
