ANOTHER POUND DOWN YAY!!!!! I guess my eating healthy, small portions, one a day pills and exercise are starting to pay off! YAY IM SOO HAPPY!!!

New motivation for me!
I have finally started to get support from my family and my boyfriend. They are slowly allowing me to make the choices for dinner and I have been making healthy ones. I am not sure if I will follow any diets however, or just eat a lot healther since I have already cut down a lot on my portions. I have also started taking the One A Day Weight Loss formula pills and I have more engery with them. However I find that I am hungry all the time so I try to munch on veggies and fruit for the most part. I have gone down to my starting weight which is good now since I want to start taking off these pounds.
I am commiting myself to either rollerblade 5K every day or run those 5K.
