Wow, when you start eating more after being on the diet...watch out...your body DOES NOT like it. I went on vacation and pretty much didn't care what I ate, and boy did I pay for it. Got really sick. So watch out and be careful! Love you all.

Its amazing the results from just getting rid of carbs! I know its not a totally healthy way to get rid of them, but man, its tough when ya get good results!!!

Ok, well, I splurged last night at Buca di Beppo...I love pasta and haven't had it since last june, so I think I'm ok. Now...starting today, I'm back on Phase 1. Should be ok, I'm pumped and ready to go. I have 3 weeks until I go to Colorado on vacation, so I want to get to my goal weight by then. We'll see! :) Have a great weekend everyone!
