I'm doing great now!!! Took some major self motivation, but finally I'm back on track. Hopefuly back down to my goal weight in a month! We'll see! That's my goal.

Here I go again...seriously this time. Day 3 and I'm doing great. Got the will power so I'm ready this time. I hope I can follow through til Christmas or beyond. If you have one, please send me your favorite "Chip" alternative...that's what I crave the most and I need help with that. Thanks.

I'm starting again tomorrow...well, it was suppose to be yesterday, but had bad stuff today, so tomorrow is the day....will power to the forefront!! I have 4 1/2 weeks til Vegas and I need to lose at least 10 lbs, back to what I had lost last year. Here I go, wish me luck...and to all of you...Keep up the fight!
