My husband is awesome. He started this diet last week and has already lost 10 lbs. I'm so proud of him, losing weight for him is not easy. I think both of us are keeping each other going. His progress helps mine!! I hope all of you are keeping strong and heading toward your goal weight. Good Luck!

ok, so i'm starting to slip a bit...I've been giving in to the doughnuts, pumpkin muffins and such that my work makes every once in awhile...at the beginning of this, I would be strong and walk past, but now I'm giving in. GRRR. The good thing is that my husband told me today that he wants to start on the diet because I have encouraged him! :) What a cutie, huh? I haven't lost any lbs. for awhile...keeping pretty steady tho, but I need to lose this weight before Christmas when I go home to CO with all my family. I need to be strong...I need to turn around and get back on it the right way. So here goes...back to Phase 1.

Well, the birthday weekend is over and I think I did an ok job, considering. I did have many desserts, I didn't want to hold back. I did, however, hold back on the breads and rices and potatoes, so I think I did ok. We'll see what happens this next week as I get back to being good. So far the weight hasn't come back on, so hopefully I do a good job at keeping active so that the carbs will burn off. Good job to all of you that I haven't been keeping in touch with and keep up the good work.
