I think I've fallen and can't get up! :) I've been watching Biggest Loser and now I feel like I want to try to do the healthy eating instead of Low Carb..either way, I've still done a bad job and need to do something. I need to figure out a plan and get to it. The more I watch that amazing show, gives me inspiration in a whole life change. I just need to do it. Anyway...I think its going to be Goodbye to South Beach hello health eating that includes carbs as I need them for fuel. I, like Trainer Bob referred to, am not a sedentary person and need fuel to burn fat. I just need to watch my calorie intake. We'll see what happens.
