Ok, So I gained 0.9 pounds. I'm not even concerned about this because every time I start working out again, I always seem to gain right at the beginning. What matters to me is that I feel great and feel toner and have a good amount of energy. I am having problems with my IT band on the left side of my leg, so I may be toning down the walking/running and doing some stationary bike instead. I started Wii fit last night and loved it. I think I'm going to try it several times a week! Still doing ok my 100 calorie challenge. And instead of the treadmill, I've been tracking my runs/walks on another app with GPS. SO far so good.

I'll have to say, that I did pretty well this weekend. I did my 100 calorie challenge all weekend long and did 20 minutes worth of cardio Friday & Saturday along with a 4.6 mile trail walk Sunday! I didn't go over my calorie intake and gave into my craving of vanilla bean ice cream Saturday night. Thankfully, that was the only real craving I had. Overall, a successful weekend. Let's keep up the good work throughout the week!

I got my 40 minute walk in yesterday at lunch and also did my 100 calorie challenge. Instead of the 20 minute treadmill challenge, I did 20 minutes on my bike. I'll have to say I splurged just a tiny bit last night by eating just a small piece of pizza that I didn't plan in my diet yesterday. Thankfully I still stayed within my calorie intake. I dread the rainy weekend here and hope I can find something to occupy my time. I tend to eat when I get bored. I know I can stay on track though. Mind of matter! Let's do this!

I was extremely tired last night, so I went to bed early. I guess I got my solid 8 hours of sleep and woke up feeling great today. I plan on walking at lunch again and also doing my 100 calorie challenge and 20 minute treadmill workout when I get home. I haven't eaten anything that wasn't preplanned, so I'm staying on track this week. The weekend is coming and we are supposed to have rain almost all day Saturday. That put a damper on my State Park plans, but my daughter and I can play the Just Dance Wii while it's ugly outside and have fun while burning some calories!

So, today has been a great day so far. I plan on walking at lunch again and also doing my 20 minute treadmill challenge along with my 100 calorie blast challenge. I have really felt good these last several days. I pre-cooked my lunch last night and have stuck to my calorie intake (even under some days). I haven't felt tired or deprived of anything and still have felt no cravings for junk food or processed/refined sugars. An apple usually satisfies any sweet cravings I have. Plus I like the texture when crunching a cold apple. I might load the family up and go to a State Park this weekend and hike for the day and ride bikes. That just sounds like good clean, inexpensive fun with some healthy exercise thrown in there.
