Cleaning the church windows today so I decided I can increase carbs a bit. Lots of water required for all that ladder climbing. Don’t have to go to the gym though!!

I have been away, the scale tells the story. Back to basics today, Keto and working on two particular minis this week, more fibre but keeping carbs under 30 grams, any suggestions how that works for you folks?
So far all I am doing is adding chicory (a fibre) to my coffee. It changes the taste but reminds me of Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. Anyone who has had coffee there knows what I mean, but skip the sugared doughnut!
