So got weighted at my doctor's appointment today. I was up 3 1/2 pounds from when I had my surgery 4 months ago but down 8 pounds from when I started to care about my weight again. Seeing the words obese on my chart really got me started on this new path of mine to become a real person again. I did not reach my goal of being at my surgery weight of 212 or less today but I will be going back again in 3 months so I am settling my goal of being around 200 when I go back again. That means I have to drop 16 pounds in 3 months which is not impossible if I set my mind to it and quit cheating and buying the stuff I know isnt good for me and start adding exercise which I really really hate into my day.

I feel myself slipping and I am working real hard on stopping it. My goal for this weekend is to start adding exercise into my day. I hate exercise always have but I know the weight isnt gonna come off if I dont help it along and 20 minutes doing wi-fit isnt gonna do it. I used to walk 3 miles by the river everyday and I got away from that and its time to start back. I need to start doing something to counter when I am bad food wise and I need to get off my butt to do that.

Its really strange. I weighted in today with Weight Watchers and went down 1/2 pound from last weeks weigh in and a note popped up that they thought I was losing weight too fast and I should try and slow it down and pace my weight lost. Im sorry I have lost 9 1/2 pounds since I started it 12 weeks ago (for the 3rd time) and I don't consider that losing weight too fast. It just makes me glad I have found this website with people that understand and support me in what I am doing. This is the third time I have tried the weight watchers program and I think when my 3 months are up Im gonna drop it for good and track myself thru here. I know people have lost hundreds of pounds on ww and its the top rated program but I guess its just me but I just dont seem to get it.

Tired today. Hate when I get this tired cause then I get depressed about how heavy I am and decide screw it who cares. Havent reached that point yet today and am trying real hard not too. Had a few homemade cookies today but didnt have lunch so I am hoping the calories are about the same. Gonna get back on the wi fit tonight and do a few exercises and then go to bed. I have to learn how to pace myself and not fall out of my sleep routine.
