My daughter and grand kids are here this week for a garage sale so my eating habits have not been what they should be. A lot of fast food is being eaten as we try and set up the sale. Its funny up until a couple of weeks ago fast food was all I ate but now I want more balanced healthy meals, to help me get to my goals. I am hoping that in the next couple of months once my daughter and the kids move down here from WI and live with me for awhile until they can get back on their feet that I will continue to lose and not go back to my old habits.

I didnt lose this week but thats OK cause I didnt gain. I was out of town all weekend at my daughters and my food choices werent the best but I tried and in my book thats what counts, I couldnt have done that bad cause the scale didnt go up. Even thou my daughter and kids are now here for the week I will stick to my diet.

Two days ago I was on a high, I was down to 216 which was lower than I had been in 12 weeks, but I let myself get cocky and let myself think I can do this, I can eat anything as long as I chart it and watch my portions. I told myself I was in control, well today reality hit when I was up 2 pounds which reminded me Im not in control I need to watch myself, I cant get and eat junk like pizza and expect not to see it show up on the scale. I need to keep the inner eat to make myself feel better person in check. I need to eat to live not live to eat.

I really fell off the wagon food wise today. My girlfriend who I havent seen in a while wanted pizza so I thought why not I will be fine if I only have one or two pieces. One or two pieces turned into 4 and then 2 chocolate muffins for dessert. My goal is to stick to my plan no matter what. I have to remember weight loss is a journey not a sprint and while sticking to a food plan isnt a lot of fun, in the end it will pay off. I will get back on my plan tomorrow and not let this setback cause me anymore guilt or bad choices.
