First time off of the downward trend. I went on a business trip to Seattle and ate off diet. Pretty much back on track now, and I have turned up the intensity on my training now that its getting warmer outside. Also beginning renovations on my house this weekend.
I'm not this monotone in real life, I promise.

Man, those Romanian deadlifts hit me hard today. Can barely lift my feet off the floor.
Anyone else able to do stiff legged deadlifts all the way to the floor? My chiropractor once asked me if I could touch my toes without bending my knees, I subsequently bent down, hands flat on the floor and touched my face to my legs.
His response:
"Wow, Not really sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing"

I'm trying out going "low Carb" this week to try to drop some water. I'm in the last 4 weeks of this cut. I plan on doing an 8 week "mini-lean bulk" and then cutting down the rest of the way through continued training and added summer activities. Almost there.
