Alright, steady needs to start wavering in a southerly direction! This is killing me!
How do I jumpstart this to make my weight go down some? I am on my plan and in a caloric deficit for weight loss.
Suggestions friends?

Struggling to get all the water in and the walking but once again, we have an ice storm...

I had a marvelous time quilting with the girls yesterday. Had delicious homemade minestrone soup and salad at lunchtime while I was there so I felt like I stayed on track.
My weight is staying the same. I wasn't able to get enough water in yesterday by any stretch. I'll work on that today and see if I can get that scale to move down for the Monday morning weigh in.
Woke up at 0400 and haven't been able to get back to sleep so here I am bright and early. I should make use of the time by decluttering or something but for now I am just enjoying the quiet.
I'll need to plan my eating/cooking strategy for the week. Looks like another ice storm heading towards us this evening.

Another day of stability.
We are under an intense cold warning so I am going to a friend's house to quilt all day. Not much in the way of calorie burning but I have to say I love a day spent with the girls.
I won't be able to walk outside today but if I get home at a reasonable time, I can still go to the gym for a bit.
Has anyone here tried yoga? Any advice for a middle aged fat girl? I wonder if it would help my aching back?
