Booooo! I hate a weight gain, but I definitely saw this one coming. Muskoka was not good to me, nor was this past week. Must get back so the weight doesn't continue to go up, but finding summer very difficult for so many reasons. And for sure have to get back to working out. Who knows, maybe that would have saved me this week...

This weigh in was done on Friday, but I forgot to add it. I maintained which is good, but I just returned from Muskoka last night and there I ate pretty much what I wanted when I wanted, so this week will be different for sure. Having said that, we really didn't eat any junk food at the cottage, but my portions were bigger and I did indulge in some coolers (full of sugar). Oh yeah, I actually did have a couple oreo's and some ice cream there, but it could have been worse! Must get back on track!
Also, don't think that I updated my journal last week when I did level 3 on Tuesday and level 2 on Thursday.

Didn't think cheating yesterday would be SUCH a big deal, but that's b/c I don't normally enter the food when I cheat. And yesterday's total pts reveal why...

Wow - did not realize what I ate today would add up to what it did. I think I better get in the habit of planning the full day before I eat it.

I have no idea how this happened. I have not excercised since last Friday, but to be honest, my eating habits weren't THAT bad. Some choices were not my best work, but since I have been on this website and following WW pts, my portions are more acceptable than they once were. I guess that's what saved me, plus I did a lot of work around the house which involved lifting many a box and moving things around. Who knows? But I'm happy.
