So my last weigh in was 98 days ago, so to say the least I haven't been doing much of anything! But, today is a new day and I don't care how many times I have to "start over" I'll do it, because I NEVER want to give up!!! So, here's to yet another wonderful start of the journey!

I'm switching to weight watchers as Atkins is to much for me to maintain for now. I feel like a failure everytime I have a carb and I find myself in a bad cycle right now. I plan to follow WW, but also keep it low carb. Refusing to give up, but recognizing my limits right now.
