Directions
- Lave e corte a couve flor em pedaços médios. Cozinhe a couve flor na água com sal (não precisa chegar a cobrir a couve flor com água, até a metade basta).
- Bata a couve flor cozida no liquidificador com a água do cozimento e reserve.
- Em outra panela, refogue o alho poró no azeite e adicione o creme de couve flor. Deixe ferver e adicione mais sal (se necessário) e pimenta do reino.
- Pode servir com couve refogada no alho por cima (tipo caldo verde).
