Risotto di Avena

Risotto alternativo con fiocchi di avena, tonno, fagioli e pomodoro.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tagliare a pezzettini una cipolla e cuocere in un pentolino con un filo d'olio e uno spicchio d' aglio, fuoco medio.
  2. Aggiungere il pomodoro a pezzetti appena la cipolla si imbiondisce, fuoco medio.
  3. Aggiungere l'avena dopo 2 minuti, aggiungere l'acqua, mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso, fuoco alto.
  4. Aggiungere il tonno ed i fagioli, poi olio, sale, pepe e rosmarino, volendo anche chilli.
  5. Fantastico servito con avocado condito con pepe e limone. Ma in questo caso meglio non mettere olio sul risotto, troppi grassi.
