Directions

  1. En un bol se bate la avena hasta que quede en polvo. Puede usarse harina de avena directamente.
  2. En un recipiente se introducen todos los ingredientes, incluyendo la avena que hemos molido, y se remueve enérgicamente con una varilla o tenedor. La consistencia que debe adquirir es espesa.
  3. Se introduce en un molde de silicona apto para horno o en una gofrera previamente calentada y a esperar a que esté hecho.

Te recomiendo ponerle limón con edulcorante o mermelada sin azúcar del sabor que más te guste! Aunque también puedes hacer tu propio sirope de chocolate utilizando cacao puro sin azúcar (una cucharadita de cacao puro sin azúcar, un poco de adulcorante o stevia y una o dos cucharadas de agua, remover y listo!)
