Biscuits Avoine Banane Chocolat

Savoureux et peu calorique, idéal en collation.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
  2. Mettez les bananes dans un mixeur et battez pendant 30 secondes. Placer dans un bol.
  3. Ajouter les flocons d'avoine, les pépites de chocolat, le miel et mélanger à la spatule.
  4. Formez ensuite 12 boules sur du papier sulfurisé, aplatissez-les légèrement et enfournez pour 10 minutes. Laisser refroidir à l'air libre.
  5. Vous pouvez les conserver dans une boîte hermétique au frigo.
