- Preheat the air dryer to 390°F.
- Mix flour and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Put breadcrumbs and beaten egg in separate bowls.
- Dredge each pickle in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then cook pickles for 5 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove the chips from the fryer and allow to slightly cool on a wire rack before serving.
