Морковный Крем-суп

Яркий, вкусный и легкий овощной суп.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Морковь и лук мелко нарезать и обжарить на растительном масле. Затем измельчить в блендере до однородности.
  2. Муку обжарить на сухой сковороде до золотистого цвета. Влить молоко. Постоянно помешивая варить соус в течении 5 минут.
  3. Морковное пюре залить бульоном и довести до кипения. Варить 5-7 минут. Добавить соус, соль и специи. Варить еще 5 минут.
  4. Готовое блюдо украсить зеленью.
