good day today, made my own soup which is quite filling so had that for lunch and will also have it for dinner. Had bran flakes with blueberries and a small banana for breakfast which is tasty and keeps me full all morning. Must keep focusing on that trip to Cyprus in May.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yum homemade soup!!!! But noooo I refuse to even get that picture in my mind this week. It is 2:30 here in Canada and I have been so energetic all morning that I just know the no carbs or very little is the reason. I have my goal set for end of March. A trip to Cyprus is something to strive for. you can do it!!!!
