Not been very good lately as had a few days at the English lakes, walked but the food was soooooooooo good need I say more? I suppose nothing worth gaining is easy and I must start giving my body the TLC I give to my garden and stop over feeding and watering. It is still good to read others who are having issues like me and gives me new resolve. My Fatsecret report would read must try harder!!!!!!

The weather here is so wet. Where did summer go all we seem to get is rain and humidity. The diet is a bit on and off some days very good others not so good but I will keep trying. Hope everyone is well and having a good day

Well back home from a fantastic holiday in Cyprus and I did not gain any weight as I swam and walked to combat the delicious local food. Now I must get back into the sensible eating frame of mind to start the weight loss again. Hope everyone is having a good week.
